livepods.eu is an official friend of the New European Bauhaus, and manages the website and the online collaborative hub of the international network of New European Bauhaus Chapters.

When processing this data, we do not draw any conclusions about your person. No personal evaluation nor evaluation of the data for marketing purposes or profiling takes place. Your data will be deleted no later than 90 days. The purpose of retention is to enable us to reconstruct the origin of an attack on our infrastructure in the event of an attack. If you upload images to a website or web application, try to avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. If you are unsure whether your images contain EXIF and GPS data, you can check by right clicking on the image and looking at properties. Most modern phones and action cameras save some form of EXIF and GPS data in pictures and videos. In addition, your data is shared with the administrators of each chapter in the network in the context of shared activities, like shared events or shared projects. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our websites and online applications, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
